(per apartment, 4 persons)

THE PRICE INCLUDES:
Light, water and gas - sheets and pillowcases - air conditioning/heating - access to swimming pool with 2 deckchairs. 
The private garage costs 20 euro per week. 
Rental of towels (10 euro/week per person)

Deposit: none
Celaning: if the apartment isn't cleaned by customer before leaving we hold 30 euro from deposit 

Minimum stay : 6 days
Arrival :  from 2 till 7 pm (Sat o Sun)    Departure: before 11 o'clock (Sat o Sun)  

PAYMENTS:
Deposit: 30% for booking by bank account or credit card
Payment: Arrival by cash

OFFERS:
For long stays >= 14 days, discount 10%
